How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > BondLock > Cancel. On Android: Open Google Play Store > tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > BondLock > Cancel. We are unable to process cancellations or refunds directly.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. For iOS refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android refunds, contact Google Play support. BondLock does not handle payment transactions directly and cannot issue refunds.
All BondLock data is stored locally on your device — we have no servers. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app. This permanently removes everything: family members, goals, progress, photos, and settings.
How do two devices connect via QR code?
Person A opens the Family tab and shows their QR code. Person B scans it using BondLock's built-in scanner. This links both devices so Person B can verify family time and unlock Person A's phone goal. Both phones need BondLock installed.
Is BondLock available on both iPhone and Android?
Yes! BondLock is available on both iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. Family members can use different platforms — an iPhone user and Android user can pair their devices and use BondLock together.
